Confidential reporting channel for situations that contravene our Code of Ethics, applicable regulations, or the principles of SP Fire (Soluciones Proconi SRL).

Any employee, supplier, client or third party can use this channel confidentially and free from retaliation. We comply with Law 27.401 (Argentina), international compliance policies, and the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management standard.

Principles we guarantee

Confidentiality

The identity of the reporter and the content of the report are handled with strict discretion by the Ethics Committee.

No retaliation

Absolute prohibition of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith — protected by our Code of Ethics and Law 27.401.

Good faith

This channel must not be used for false, malicious reports or to damage reputations without grounds. Misuse is prosecuted.

Diligent investigation

Every report is investigated by the Ethics Committee within 15 business days, with corrective actions if applicable.

What can be reported

  • Bribery, corruption or kickbacks — public or private
  • Fraud, embezzlement or misappropriation
  • Workplace harassment, sexual harassment or discrimination
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest
  • Workplace health and safety violations
  • Environmental damage or regulatory environmental non-compliance
  • Misuse of resources, confidential information or intellectual property
  • Any other conduct contrary to the Code of Ethics

We comply with: Law 27.401 (Corporate Criminal Liability Regime — Argentina), Spanish Law 2/2023 on whistleblower protection, the compliance framework of our multinational clients, and ISO 37001 best practices.
