Engineering & Consulting

We design fixed suppression systems to the standards required by international insurers. We support clients from concept stage to commissioning.

Conceptual, basic and detail engineering

P&IDs, hydraulic drawings, calculations, technical specs and datasheets for critical equipment.

Computerised hydraulic calculations

Specialised software (Elite Software, PipeFlow, Sprinkcalc) to size sprinkler, hydrant and monitor networks.

Compliance gap audits

Technical assessment against FM Global Data Sheets, applicable NFPA and insurer requirements (Allianz, Mapfre, HDI).

Turnkey EPC engineering

Full project responsibility — engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and documented handover.

Water and Foam suppression systems

The most critical asset of an industrial plant is its fire pump room. We design, fabricate and install integrated pump rooms per NFPA 20 with FM Approved / UL Listed equipment.

NFPA 20 fire pump rooms

Main + backup + jockey pump. Diesel/electric/hybrid. Vertical or horizontal reserve tanks depending on available layout.

Automatic sprinklers

Wet, Dry, Preaction, Deluge and ESFR based on occupancy. Hydraulic calculation included per NFPA 13.

AFFF / AR-AFFF foam systems

High, medium and low expansion for hydrocarbon tanks, containment dikes, chemical plants and hangars.

Water spray systems

NFPA 15 — protection for transformers, storage tanks and critical equipment.

Clean Agents & Special Protection

For assets that cannot tolerate water damage (data centers, control rooms, electrical substations, libraries) we design clean agent suppression systems certified per NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520.

Detection, Alarms & ATEX

The detector is the first line of defense. We design and integrate early detection systems with ATEX classification for explosive atmospheres.

Optical and thermal detection

Point and linear detectors per NFPA 72. Temperature compensation for ambient conditions.

UV/IR/IR³ flame detection

For hydrocarbons, hydrogen and solvents. Field-validated detection distances.

Toxic and explosive gas detection

H2S, CH4, CO, NH3, hydrocarbon mixtures. SIL2/SIL3 certification per LOPA analysis.

BMS / DCS / ESD integration

Interlocks with process shutdowns and emergency ventilation. Modbus, HART, PROFIBUS protocols.

Predictive Maintenance & Testing

A poorly maintained system is as dangerous as no system at all. We offer preventive and corrective maintenance contracts per NFPA 25 with quarterly, semi-annual and annual schedules.

Pump curve testing

Annual verification of operating point — flow, pressure, automatic start (NFPA 25 ch. 8).

Clean agent recharging

Novec 1230, FM-200, Inergen. Purity and weight analysis before recharge.

Periodic visual inspections

Sprinklers, hydrants, hoses, signage. Photographic report with corrective actions.

Annual insurance certification

Issuance of technical certificate signed by licensed professional for insurance submission.
